TEA THOUGHT

I am wondering why book and tea often go together?
Why people often picture somebody paying close attention to the book held in one hand while the other is keeping a hot cup of tea (or coffee)? Or a cup nearby
Why not a bar of chocolate? or a biscuit? or a bottle of Cocacola :))
Why is it often a hot cuppa?

Anyone ever tried this? :)))
